Currently working full time as a Food R&D Chef, I pride myself on bringing the extensive knowledge I have of in-field experience to the development of all my projects. Enlisting the theoretical mind power of colleagues and coworkers allows me to view problems from multiple views while streamlining development. Problem solving really does begin with looking outside the box and discovering what is otherwise no visible. I primarily focus my development on large corporation projects such as LTOs, line extensions, and product optimization. Photos are a snapshot of our memories, they can’t be recreated and they can’t be replaced. I look for the best moments to preserve and provide those images to my clients. Be it the good, the bad, or the in-between, all moments have a subtle beauty to them. I’ve spent the last 10 years in the restaurant industry learning and refining my technique to produce food. After departing from the line I decided to host and cater dinner of all types. I specialize in Farm-to-Table Fine Dining meals with a otherwise potent flavor base. My goal is to produce food that puts smiles on peoples faces and imprints a memory into their heads.
