My Name is Fonze

To be completely honest, food wasn’t my first passion, it was actually science. After some difficulty pursuing that passion, I was introduced to cooking by my mom because I loved to eat. This simple suggestion kick started a passion unlike my previous one. Diving head first into the field of culinary, I set my mind on going to college for it and ended up with a Bachelors of Nutrition. Along the way, I dabbled in many establishments where I learned a wide variety of cuisines and techniques to cook with. I now pursue a career in Food Research and Development while cooking for small events and shooting photos on the side.
